Some things to keep in mind with translation services:

• Audio and Video translation services require the content to be transcribed first into the language of the recording. To expedite your translation order, we suggest that you first submit the audio file for transcription on our site, and then contact us requesting translation.
• Translation between languages other than English may first require translation into English. This is referred to as a “relay translation” and is necessary due to the difficulty of finding high quality translators fluent in multiple languages.
