The following Privacy policy applies to our data collection and use practices relating to your use of the TranscribeMe services, our Web site and our other products and services (collectively, the “TranscribeMe Services”). As a TranscribeMe customer or a user of our smartphone app, you agree to this Privacy policy and also to any further modifications made to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply, however, to the co-branded pages of our partners, affiliates and service providers. The terms “TranscribeMe”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to TranscribeMe or Audioscribe, Ltd.

What information do we collect?

Depending on the way you use TranscribeMe service, you may provide us with your name, email address, credit card information or other payment information. When you request information or content from TranscribeMe and supply information or content that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you, you agree to share that information with TranscribeMe, its agents, representatives and affiliates.

On visiting our Web site or use the TranscribeMe Services or smartphone apps, we use standard Web server log files to automatically record information, including your URL, IP address, browser type and language, specific search requests, the date and time of your request, and the results of your searches. We also collect personal information when you register for the TranscribeMe Services during registration or voluntarily provide such information. The information collection when you sign up for TranscribeMe services could you be used for the following purposes: Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

• E-mail Newsletters: The email address you use for signing for TranscribeMe services may be used to send you information related to your orders, receive company news, product updates, monthly newsletters, etc.
• Order processing requirements: We use your information to deliver you the best customer service experience while using our TranscribeMe service. Your information will not be given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. It will not be sold, exchanged or transferred.
