Business Analyst

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Business Analyst – Finance works under the guidance of the CFO and is responsible for organizing and conducting detailed
management analytical studies to define business problems, identify deficiencies and arriving at solutions that impact the company’s
effectiveness and provide a basis for management decision making. The focus for this particular individual will be: to provide on-going support for both the client base, as well as the crowd-sourced agents. This includes Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Enterprise Asset Management, General Ledger and Manufacturing Costing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with the CFO to ensure that procedures align with business direction
- Reconcile & track payments among customers, fund and investors
- Perform account and process analysis, including process mapping and system flow review
- Complete accounts payable activities including processing of invoices for various departments
- Responsible for account receivable invoices, maintain the customers database, ensure customers are billed according to contracts, record month-end revenue entries
- Ensures functional integration of all applications supporting the Finance area
- Creating workflows to construct ease-of-access processing for major tasks
- The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support
- Prepare system documentation, technical papers and reports
- Ability to produce product mapping, data mapping and data analysis

DESCRIPTION:
The position of Inside Sales is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, yellow pages, various professional directories and personal investigation
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and various other information
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated and accurate spreadsheets
- Cold call prospective clients
- Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy

The position of Project Manager is a key player at TranscribeMe. Project Managers execute all language/translation projects from start to finish and serve as a single point of accountability for their successful completion. They are responsible for the entire life cycle of all language/translation projects assigned to them and serve as a single point of contact/accountability.
